Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Process remortgages and transfers of equity
- Provide clear, client-focused advice throughout transactions
- Maintain strong client, agent, and third-party relationships
- Ensure regulatory-compliant file handling
- Contribute to the ongoing success and reputation of the Property team
Key requirements
- Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
