Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Overview

In this role you will manage residential conveyancing caseloads from instruction to completion for a Nottinghamshire team, handling freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions. You will deliver excellent client service, build strong relationships, and support junior colleagues while contributing to departmental growth. Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
• Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
