Residential Conveyancer

Overview

As a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner in a well-regarded South East firm, you will take ownership of your caseload from instruction to completion. You’ll handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and new build matters within a supportive property team. The role offers hybrid working with manageable office days and clear progression paths. You will contribute to a busy, quality-driven residential property practice and enjoy autonomy with strong client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build and shared ownership
• Provide proactive client care and clear communication throughout files
• Operate with minimal supervision while leveraging the support of the wider property team

Key requirements

• Qualified or non-qualified Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Proven residential conveyancing experience
• Confident managing a caseload independently
• Strong client care, communication and organisational skills
