About therole
As a Site Services Engineer at KPSnacks, you'll play a critical role in keeping our site operatingsafely, efficiently and compliantly. You'll be responsible formaintaining essential utilities and site services equipment,including boilers, compressors and plant room assets, ensuring theyperform reliably to support our manufacturingoperation.

This is an excellent opportunity tojoin a busy Engineering team where no two days are the same. You'llwork across a broad range of equipment, take ownership of statutorycompliance activities and contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives that enhance the performance and reliability of oursite. Whatwill you bedoing?

• Maintainingessential site servicesequipment
  Supporting the reliability andperformance of critical assets including boilers, compressors,plant room equipment, effluent treatment systems and other siteservicesinfrastructure

• Completingstatutory servicing andinspections
  Ensuring all servicing,inspections and compliance activities are completed to schedule,with documentation maintained accurately and ready for auditrequirements

• Carryingout maintenance and repair activities
  Usingyour mechanical expertise to diagnose faults, complete repairs andsupport electrical maintenance activities where required tominimisedowntime

• Managingsite compliance activities
  Supporting LOLERinspections, legionella control measures, sprinkler systems, firesystems and other statutory requirements to ensure a safe andcompliantsite

• Drivingcontinuous improvement throughIWS
  Identifying opportunities to improveequipment reliability, efficiency and performance while supportingthe development of our Intersnack Working System (IWS) acrossEngineering

We’d love to hear fromyou if you canbring:

• Arecognised Mechanical Apprenticeship or Mechanical Engineeringqualification
  Combined with relevantexperience maintaining site services, utilities or industrialequipment within a manufacturingenvironment

• Strongmechanical maintenance experience
  Withknowledge of equipment such as boilers, compressors, pumps,pipework, plant room equipment or similar utilitiessystems

• Aproactive and flexible approach towork
  Able to manage multiple priorities,solve problems effectively and respond positively to changingbusinessneeds

• Strongcommunication and teamworkskills
  Comfortable working independentlyand building effective relationships with colleagues, contractorsand stakeholders across thesite

• Basic ITand data recording skills
  Able to useMicrosoft Word and Excel and maintain accurate maintenance,compliance and audit records
