In this Area Manager role, you will drive performance, culture, and growth across a West London store portfolio. You’ll coach Store Directors, build high-performing teams, and ensure consistent Sephora standards region-wide. You’ll translate commercial plans into action, analyze trends to spot opportunities, and partner with cross-functional teams to support expansion and exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Store Directors and leadership teams to create engaged, inclusive store cultures
- Build succession pipelines by recruiting and retaining top leadership talent
- Drive employee engagement and performance through coaching and development planning
- Partner with Store Leadership to achieve sales, productivity, and KPI targets across the region
- Translate commercial strategies into action, execute campaigns, launches, and initiatives
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform regional performance
- Champion client-first approach and ensure outstanding experiences and service standards
- Drive adoption of loyalty programmes, services, and client engagement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, procedures, and compliance across stores
- Monitor inventory, cash handling, shrinkage, merchandising, and store standards
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews for continuous improvement
- Support new store openings, relocations, and growth initiatives with team readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver regional priorities and projects
