Community Mental Health Nurse – Band 5/6 Pathway

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse for a Band 5/6 role in the Integrated Community Mental Health Team in Lichfield. You will lead nursing care, support MDT colleagues, and facilitate student nurses.

A structured development plan exists to progress from Band 5 to Band 6 after competency milestones. The post involves a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule, travel across a wide area, and a commitment to ongoing training and supervision.
