Assistant Asset Manager – Commercial Property (Contract)

Triumph Consultants Ltd in Shoreham-by-Sea seeks an experienced Assistant Asset Manager to support Senior Managers with client property portfolios. Assignment is up to 6 months, hybrid work 2-3 days on-site. Pay rate £18.85/hour PAYE, 37 hours/week, Monday to Friday, Shoreham, Sussex.

Role involves rent reviews, leases and asset records, with focus on property transactions, financial processes, and compliance. Degree in business-related subject or progress towards RICS desirable.
