Telephony Change Lead: Operational Readiness & Adoption

Standard Life is seeking a Change Lead for Enhanced Services Change Team to deliver new telephony capabilities across a cross-functional organisation. You will ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality, building relationships with Operations, Technology, Communications and Training to embed and sustain the change.
