Clinical Deputy Manager – Dementia Care Leader

Brendoncare is recruiting a Clinical Deputy Manager for St. Giles View in Winchester. You will lead clinical governance, support registered nurses and the home leadership team, and deputise for the Home Manager when required, providing hands-on nursing leadership on shift.
