Senior Bar Leader (Multi-Site) — Premium London Venues

Thesleff Group seeks an exceptional Head of Bars to lead bar operations across our London portfolio. The role is hands-on, involving five evenings per week in service, close collaboration with the Beverage Director and leadership teams.

You will mentor senior bar staff, drive standards, and develop premium cocktail programs while growing revenue and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across multi-site venues.
