A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experiencedCorporate Solicitorto join its expandingCorporate & Commercial teamin Tonbridge.
This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range ofcorporate law matters, includingmergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, insolvency, EMI share schemes and business succession planning. The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base including entrepreneurs, SMEs, established businesses, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ PQE in Corporate Law
- Strong technical expertise across a range of corporate transactions
- Commercially minded with excellent client management skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Enthusiastic about business development and networking
