Remote Contracts Renewal Lead – Growth & Margin

Maintel is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee allocated customers, lead renewal activity including quoting, renewal processing and invoicing, and update contracts. The role aims to defend, protect, migrate and grow the MS base while keeping customer satisfaction high.

You will build strong relationships through regular communications, data analysis and timely renewals. The position is remote with travel to UK sites, offering 37.5 hours per week and extensive benefits.
