Coffee Roaster & Wholesale Account Lead (12-Month)

Jasper’s Coffee in Cowes, Isle of Wight, is recruiting for a 12‑month maternity cover. The role blends roasting, roastery management and wholesale account work, split between the floor and proactive customer support.

You’ll help plan production, manage stock and oversee a small team, while engaging with customers and events. We offer a starting salary of £24,500–£30,000, 35 hours per week, pension, coffee allowance, staff discounts and training in roasting, sensory skills and safety.
