Lex Exec is working with a highly regarded national law firm looking to appoint an Employment Associate to join its growing London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a UK-qualified Employment Solicitor seeking a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work within a well-established and collaborative practice acting for a strong commercial client base ranging from high-growth businesses through to major international organisations.
The Opportunity
- Advising employers on a broad range of day-to-day employment law matters
- Managing Employment Tribunal litigation and contentious employment disputes
- Supporting on corporate transactions, outsourcing and strategic HR issues
- Exposure to clients across sectors including technology, life sciences, private wealth, insurance and real estate investment
- Delivering commercially focused advice within a growing and highly respected London team
- Genuine opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers and play a visible role in the continued growth of the practice

Candidate Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Employment law
- Experience gained within a recognised Employment practice
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Ability to manage Tribunal matters with increasing autonomy
- Commercially minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong client relationship and business development potential
- Enthusiastic team player with strong organisational skills
