Guest Experience Assistant – Hospitality Start & Growth

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Assistant to welcome guests and support across reception, restaurant, bar, and events. You’ll receive full training to work across all guest-facing areas of the hotel.

This role reports to the Guest Service Manager and includes shifts that require delivering outstanding service, building relationships, and maintaining presentation across guest areas.
