Hotel Operations Lead – Drive Guest Experience

Premier Inn – Southport Central is seeking a Hotel Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will lead our hotel, drive guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing Dream Team across Front of House and Housekeeping.

You’ll be responsible for daily operations, safety, and maintaining premier brand standards while identifying commercial opportunities to improve performance and guest experiences.
