Regulatory Legal Assistant — Hybrid Public Sector Role

Middlesbrough Council is seeking a Legal Assistant (Regulatory) to join its Legal Service. The role primarily supports the Regulatory Team and its enforcement work across criminal activity, anti-social behaviour, licensing, housing, employment, SEN and civil claims taken by and against the Council.

The successful candidate may be a recent graduate or someone with law firm experience, and the Council supports blended home/office working to promote a flexible work-life balance.
