Overview

In this role you will be the technical advisor to energy trading clients, combining technology, trading, and customer success to deliver reliable, high-performing platform experiences. You will own client technical relationships, investigate complex issues, coordinate incident resolution, and guide onboarding, training, and workflow optimization. You will also support pre-sales engagements, translating trading workflows into product insights to shape the platform’s direction. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with meaningful impact on customer outcomes and product evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and coordinate incident resolution
  • Lead onboarding, product training, and workflow optimization for clients
  • Deliver seamless integrations and platform improvements
  • Support pre-sales engagements with technical feasibility assessments and implementation planning
  • Translate customer trading workflows into product insights to influence roadmap

Key requirements

  • Experience in a similar technical, client-facing role (Application Support, Technical Support, Solutions Consultant, Technical Account Manager)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management with technical and business audiences
  • Good commercial awareness and ability to build trusted customer relationships
  • Strong interest in AI and its commercial applications, with personal projects/tools preferred
