Responsibilities

• advising clients on corporate transactions and matters within the education sector
• managing a varied, high-quality caseload and delivering strong client service
• building and maintaining trusted adviser relationships with stakeholders across schools and education providers
• working in a collaborative team to support cross-functional initiatives and career development

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• commercially minded with a track record in transactional work
• willingness to develop expertise in education sector (experience in sector welcomed but not essential)
