Investment Banking Senior Analyst, Industrials

Overview

In this role you support client capital-raising and strategic advisory activities within Citi’s Investment Banking team. You contribute to transactions by analyzing complex financial data, building valuation models, and preparing actionable recommendations for pitches and live deals. You work closely with senior bankers to deliver insights and keep deal timelines on track, while navigating a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client transactions and projects as a junior member of the Investment Banking team
• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data for proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and exhibits for pitches and live deals
• Conduct economic/financial research
• Evaluate company performance against industry and market trends
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines
• Aware of and prepared to comply with the FCA and PRA Certification Regime (Fit and ProperAssessments)
