Part-Time Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead – Construction

MCG Construction in Corby is seeking a permanent Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead on a part-time basis (3 days per week) to own the recruitment function and support growth. The role involves partnering with senior leaders and operations to attract and develop talent critical to ongoing expansion.

You will develop efficient recruitment processes, build strong candidate pipelines and strengthen the organisation’s ability to attract high-quality people, delivering results for the business.
