Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion
• Maintain effective communication for project success and financial control
• Assist in managing client/project teams for profitable, on-time delivery
• Visit sites to conduct surveys and coordinate with subcontractors and clients
• Ensure outputs are accurate and timely
• Represent the company professionally and build long-lasting client relationships

Key requirements

• BSc in Building Surveying
• MRICS membership
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and familiarity with NBS beneficial
• Experience across higher education, local government or healthcare sectors beneficial
• Exposure to and good relations with private and public sector clients beneficial
• Strong project management, clerk of works, repairs and maintenance capabilities
• Well-organised, proactive, commercially astute, team-oriented
• Good IT skills (AutoCAD, NBS, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel)
