Configuration Manager – Aerospace PLM & Change Control

Safran Seats in the UK is seeking a Configuration Manager to lead the CMS across product, programme and business configurations. You will ensure governance, traceability and compliance with group processes and regulatory standards throughout the lifecycle.

You will own the engineering change control process, drive standardisation, and collaborate with Change and Programme teams to embed control in delivery. Windchill PLM deployment and CMS improvements are key focus areas.
