Content Security Specialist, EMEA, GME Security

Overview

As Content Security Specialist, EMEA, you establish the London hub and serve as the intake point for Content Security across Amazon MGM Studios, Prime Video, Ads and beyond. You own the protection of content, IP and brand, partnering with internal teams and external creators to deliver security policies, training, screenings, incident response, and secure content production. You balance security outcomes with business enablement, shaping local delivery while leveraging central capabilities. You will raise security standards within Amazon and the broader M&E industry, driving scalable processes and cross-region collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Establish London hub and act as primary intake for Content Security across multiple business units
• Deliver security policies, SOPs, awareness training, screening events, and incident response for content production
• Conduct third-party and production facility assessments; manage secure content production lifecycle
• Determine local delivery scope versus central capabilities; build coverage model and mechanisms with central teams
• Partner with US team to meet stakeholders’ needs and prepare operational dashboards for leadership
• Create and update standard operating procedures to scale the program
• Provide updates to leadership on program status and improvements
• Lead efforts to raise the bar for content security standards within Amazon and the industry

Key requirements

• Experience performing/participating in technical assessments in major compliance efforts (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, ISO 9001, PCI, SOC1/SOC 2, HITRUST)
• Experience in content security for film/television production; publishing security policy and awareness programs
• Performing assessments and audits using content-specific controls (watermarking, fingerprinting, MPA Best Practices, TPN)
• Managing secure screenings involving Digital Cinema Package (DCP) and Key Delivery Message (KDM)
• Documenting content production/workflows to identify risk
• Integrating with foundational security capabilities (IAM, endpoint security, vulnerability management, monitoring) or delivering risk-based recommendations to leadership
• Experience managing secure screenings involving DCP and KDM
• Preferred: hands-on operational experience in film development, production, and post-production
