Job Title: Asset Accountant
Location: Liverpool, UK
Duration: 3 Months
This is an Asset Accountant position within the Global Accounting Operations team.
The main focus is fixed asset accounting and project/capital accounting.
You would be responsible for areas such as depreciation, asset creation and transfers, impairments and retirements, project capitalization, capital-work reconciliation, fixed asset reporting and month-end close.
The role also involves working with SAP and Clarity, supporting budgeting/forecasting activities and collaborating with Finance Business Partners and other Finance teams.
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally with strong hands-on fixed asset accounting experience.
A pharmaceutical/scientific industry background would be advantageous but isn’t stated as mandatory.
