Senior Manager – Associate Director, Cyber Delivery and GTM – Financial Services

Overview

In this role you will help clients manage cyber risk within their financial services operations. You will work within a large Technology and Transformation practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape baselines, roadmaps and delivery programmes. Expect varied engagements, from proposals to client-facing delivery, with a strong emphasis on relationships and practical cybersecurity guidance. Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and expand networks within and beyond engagements
• Produce client-facing and internal materials (proposals, eminence content, go-to-market plans, executive presentations)
• Collaborate with alliance partners to generate a pipeline of work and deliver against it
• Lead client workstreams and drive the sale through to contract and risk management
• Lead engagements for financial services clients, balancing multiple projects with delivery activity
• Provide SME input across cyber domains (e.g., IAM, security operations, tech resilience)
• Deliver projects in complex, time-pressured environments using standard PM approaches

Key requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Agile thinker capable of navigating a range of security challenges
• Strong client relationship skills with experience in financial services
• Experience delivering cyber projects for FS clients or similar sub-sectors
• Ability to produce client-friendly materials and articulate complex ideas clearly
• Commercial capability to develop proposals, cost estimates, and compelling offers
• Solid project management skills in complex, time-constrained contexts
• Experience delivering across 2–3 cyber domains (e.g., identity, data security, security operations)
• Familiar with navigating complex client processes
• Certs in cyber domains or PM (cloud provider certs preferred; other listed certifications are acceptable)
