Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans for specific service lines, markets or industries
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, service line professionals and SMEs to maximize campaign impact
- Advise on market propositions and promote them through account teams
- Manage execution of marketing activities across digital, email, content, events, and social media
- Coordinate with BD and account teams to keep activities relevant and sales-enabled
- Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Manage marketing budgets for cost-effective execution
- Maintain adherence to Deloitte brand guidelines across materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and marketing technologies
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment
Key requirements
- Proven experience as Marketing Manager or similar in professional services
- Ability to work with technical SMEs and develop understanding of their market offerings
- Strong fundamentals in marketing across multiple channels
- Experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in budgeting and ROI tracking for marketing activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
