Artemis Human Capital are working with an established and growing business to recruit a Head of Finance to lead their Finance function. This is a senior role reporting into the Finance Director, with responsibility for financial reporting, planning, compliance and supporting the wider business with key financial insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Finance function and team.
• Overseemonthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Managecash flow, working capital and financial controls.
• Overseestatutory accounts, audit and tax compliance.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Identify and deliverprocess and systems improvements.

About You

• ACA or ACCA qualified with strong senior finance experience.
• Experienced acrossfinancial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong understanding ofstatutory reporting, audit and tax.
• Experience withcash flow and working capital management.
• Confident people leader with strong communication skills.
• Commercial, analytical and solutions-focused, with strong Excel and systems knowledge.
