Health & Safety Advisor – Construction – L/Derry

Were partnering with a leading developer to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to join their growing team in L/Derry, supporting an exciting portfolio of projects across Northern Ireland.

This is a great opportunity for a practical, proactive H&S professional who enjoys being close to the action, working with site teams and making a genuine impact on safety standards.

Reporting to senior management, youll provide hands-on H&S support across live construction projects, working closely with:

• Site management and project teams
• Subcontractors and key stakeholders
• Operational teams across multiple projects
• Youll be involved in site inspections, audits, risk assessments, safe systems of work, incident investigations, documentation and safety training, while helping drive a strong culture of continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in construction or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation, standards and best practice
