Community Banking Advocate

Description This in Glastonbury, Somerset, is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in person, over the phone and online. You’ll handle everyday transactions, answer queries and guide customers toward banking services and digital tools that make managing money easier.

This is a permanent, part-time role of 28 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with a 45-minute commute. Training lasts three weeks with no holidays.
