Senior Trade Mark Paralegal – London
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Trade Mark Paralegal to join a busy London-based team.
This is a hands-on position for someone with strong practical trade mark experience who is comfortable managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment. You will provide day-to-day support to the team, manage deadlines and matters efficiently, and help ensure work is delivered accurately and on time.
The firm is looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and proactive, with a practical approach and the confidence to take ownership of their work.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of day-to-day trade mark work, including prosecution, renewals, recordals and related administration.
- Supporting attorneys and the wider team with client work and deadlines.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, schedules and other documents.
- Helping to manage and improve day-to-day team processes.
- Identifying quick, practical improvements to existing processes.
- Supporting and supervising more junior members of the team.
- Working collaboratively and flexibly as priorities change.
You will have:
- Strong practical trade mark experience.
- The ability to manage a high volume of work quickly and accurately.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
