AbouttheRole
WearelookingforaBankingOperationsAssistanttoprovideadministrativesupportacrossbankingandcredit-relatedactivities.
Therolewillinvolvesupportingclientenquiries,KYCprocesses,creditdocumentation,andday-to-dayadministrativetasksforthefrontofficeteam.
KeyResponsibilities
- Handleadministrativetasksrelatingtoclientenquiriesandquotationsforinterestratesonloans,depositsandsavingsaccounts.
- Supportarangeofadministrativeactivitiesrelatedtothecreditbusiness,includingKYCprocessesandreviewingcreditapplicationdocuments.
- Provideadministrativeandpersonalassistantsupporttomembersofthefrontofficeteam.
- Assistwithgeneraladministrativetasks,includingprocessingexpensesrelatedtobusinesstravelandcliententertainment.
- Provideotheradministrativesupportasrequiredtoensurethesmoothoperationoftheteam.
Requirements
- JapanesetomothertonguestandardandEnglishbusinesslevel
- Previousexperienceinthefinancialservicesorbankingindustryispreferred.
- Experienceincredit-relatedadministration,includingcreditratingorcreditstatusmonitoring,ispreferred.
- GoodworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftExcelandMicrosoftAccessispreferred.
- GoodcommunicationinJapaneseandtheabilitytoworkeffectivelywithcolleaguesandclients.
