Contracts Manager – Logistics

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of construction logistics contracts from mobilisation to completion
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Collaborate with operational teams for efficient project delivery
• Identify opportunities for contract growth and business development
• Oversee commercial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, health and safety, and procedures
• Lead contract reviews and provide updates to senior management
• Support tender submissions, negotiations, and client presentations whenever required

Key requirements

• Experience as Contracts Manager, Operations Manager, or similar in construction logistics
• Strong commercial understanding and contract management experience
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
