Overview

You will lead the build-out of a new-logo sales engine in a telecom software environment, reporting into a market-facing leadership layer. Based in Hammersmith, you’ll shape GTM with marketing support, directing a small global team of hunters and sales enablement to win new business from Tier 1–3 providers. This role focuses on generating new opportunities, not managing existing accounts, and sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product insight. The impact spans strategy, content-led demand generation, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a scalable new-logo GTM strategy
  • Build and lead a global 4–5 person new-logo sales hunter team
  • Align marketing to supply leads and content for revenue generation
  • Coordinate with sales development reps to create a steady flow of opportunities
  • Close new business opportunities with global telecom providers
  • Avoid existing-logo/account management, focusing exclusively on new logo acquisition

Key requirements

  • Senior executive with proven track record in new-logo sales or business development
  • Experience selling BSS software or other complex telecom OSS/BSS solutions (billing, CPQ, CRM, catalog, provisioning, etc.) or related domains
  • Ability to build and scale a go-to-market engine with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with global enterprise customers, ideally telecom service providers
