In this role, you will lead Global Proposals for the Project Development & Finance group, driving strategic, multi-jurisdictional responses. You sit at the heart of the Global Proposals function, collaborating with partners, lawyers, and BD colleagues to convert priority opportunities. You will manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, coach junior staff, and craft client-centric pitches. The role offers cross-border exposure within a global team and meaningful scope to influence win rates and revenue. Responsibilities
- Lead Global Proposals for Project Development & Finance; manage strategic, multi-jurisdictional proposals
- Oversee end-to-end proposal process as lead and liaison for opportunities
- Provide guidance, coaching and support throughout the proposal lifecycle
- Coach and develop junior colleagues through pitch processes
- Draft, review and edit pitch documents to create client-centric propositions
- Coordinate submission of proposals via online portals and advise on online RFP best practices
- Develop compelling written content and communication strategies for pitches
- Advocate for effective use of marketing technologies and maintain pitch content/assets
- Deliver proposal training to lawyers and BD teams
- Conduct win/loss debriefs for global proposals and pitches
- Collaborate with partners, lawyers and BD to maintain momentum and win rates
- Share best practices and develop tools and training for proposals excellence
- Liaise with Global Proposals on global panel pitches, pipeline tracking, reporting and RFP analysis
