Role

• Own client relationship + growth strategy
• Lead and develop a high-performing Paid Social team
• Partner closely with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat & Reddit
• Be at the forefront of AI, automation, data & measurement
• Collaborate with experts across Search, Retail Media, Creative, CRM & TV/Audio
• Strong focus on innovation, incrementality and integrated performance

Desired Experience

• Strong strategic social media experience, with the ability to challenge and partner effectively with a highly social-savvy senior client stakeholder.
• Broad understanding of the social ecosystem, including Meta, TikTok (Shop), Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit; LinkedIn/X).
• Strong insights/measurement knowledge across reevant platforms usch as : Meta Advantage+/value, TikTok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance+; GA4 and platform analytics
• Experience leading a Paid Social Team
