Multi-Skilled Customer Service Advisor – Broadband/VoIP

Go Internet is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our small Ryde team. The role covers sales, billing, and technical support, with a hands-on, multi-hat approach in a non-supervisory capacity.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat; guide customers to suitable packages; resolve billing questions; and troubleshoot broadband/VoIP issues, taking ownership of resolutions.
