Overview

In this role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of technology programmes at Marks & Spencer, collaborating with Architecture, Engineering, Product and Business teams to achieve on-scope, on-time and high-quality outcomes. You shape delivery plans, govern progress, and coordinate across multiple partners while managing risks and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programmes and initiatives
• Shape delivery plans from approved requirements and establish governance and reporting
• Coordinate work across multiple teams, suppliers and partners and manage dependencies
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions and changes with clear recommendations
• Champion stakeholder communication, operational readiness and continuous improvement
• Ensure delivery quality against scope and timelines

Key requirements

• Experience delivering complex technology programmes or projects in cross-functional environments
• Comfortable working with Architecture, Engineering, Product and Business teams to deliver outcomes
• Experience in programme planning, governance, dependency management and balancing priorities with delivery commitments
• Ability to manage suppliers and third-party vendors and navigate risks and changes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with understanding of technology delivery and systems integration
• Experience with Agile or hybrid ways of working
