Lifeguard & Leisure Activities Team Member

Norton Grange Coastal Village (part of Warner Hotels Group) is seeking a Leisure Team Member to lead daily activities, coach the team, and ensure guests enjoy a safe, fun holiday on the Isle of Wight.

The role emphasises customer service, ability to run a range of activities from aquatic to land-based, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Training and development are available, including external qualifications.
