U15/16 Academy Coach – Player Development & Welfare

BCFC Academy is seeking an Academy Coach for our u15/16s to plan and deliver coaching sessions in line with the club philosophy and curriculum. You will lead on match-day planning, observation and feedback, and ensure player welfare with safeguarding as a priority.

The role requires UEFA B Licence and FA Youth Award, plus experience in an academy environment and a team-oriented approach. You should be able to work independently and communicate clearly with players, parents, and staff.
