Lead Epitaxy Equipment Engineer, MOVPE & Vacuum Systems

Lumentum Operations LLC is seeking an Senior Epitaxy Equipment Engineer for the Caswell site. You will provide equipment engineering support for MOVPE/MOCVD systems, improve uptime, coordinate maintenance, and assist with new tool procurement and installations.

Role requires strong semiconductor manufacturing experience, knowledge of vacuum systems and process gases, and ability to work with technicians and external service providers. Some weekend overtime may be required.
