Senior Community Mental Health Clinician

Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a senior practitioner for Darlington Community Mental Health Services. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team, delivering interventions to adults with complex mental health needs in the community and across the Hub and Treatment Teams.

You will provide coaching and caseload supervision, with travel across the locality and adjustments under Equality Act where needed.
