Senior Construction Planner

Overview

In this role you will lead the development of comprehensive, multi-discipline project programmes for large-scale regional construction schemes. You will monitor progress, report to project teams and clients, and identify risks and opportunities to keep delivery on track. You will collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project programmes with realistic timescales and resources
• Track progress and provide accurate reports to project teams and clients
• Identify risks and opportunities within the programme
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery
• Support seamless project delivery across multiple projects in the region

Key requirements

• Proven track record in construction planning within a main contractor environment on projects >10m to 100m
• Construction-related degree (BSc / HND/C or equivalent)
• Proficient user of Asta Powerproject and other planning tools
• Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
