An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior CRM Executive to join this top-tier mid-sized global law firm on maternity cover for 12 – 14 months.

Reporting to the Head of Systems, you will be part of a collaborative MBD team of around 80 professionals globally. This is a great role for someone who enjoys having a lot of facetime with stakeholders, helping troubleshoot, train end users and work with the global BD teams.

Experience in InterAction and Vuture is required as they need someone to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee InterAction including data quality management, and folder management
- Champion InterAction across the firm and support the BD strategy
- Deliver user training on InterAction and Vuture to the BD and Marketing Team as well as other users
- Lead on campaign execution
- Work closely with the CRM Steward to resolve data issues
