Change Manager – Business Change

Overview

In this role you lead the people side of change across a portfolio of transformation programmes in a large organisation. You’ll shape change strategies, engage senior stakeholders and ensure new ways of working are understood and embedded. You’ll partner with programme managers to minimise disruption and maximise adoption, delivering lasting business value. Responsibilities

• Lead business change activities across major transformation programmes
• Develop change, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders; act as trusted change advisor
• Deliver stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments and readiness plans
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to align and gather feedback
• Identify risks and mitigations for change; manage dependencies and resistance
• Embed sustainable change with programme teams to maximise adoption
• Measure impact of change activities and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned
• Coach managers and leaders in change management best practice to build capability

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering business change within large, complex organisations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills
• Experience developing change, communication and engagement strategies
• Knowledge of organisational readiness, change impact assessments and adoption planning
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across all levels
• A recognised Change Management qualification would be advantageous
