Senior Site Manager – Major Works (Social Housing)

Axis CLC is seeking a proactive Site Manager to lead Guinness’s Major Works Programme across Portsmouth, Brighton and surrounding areas. You will oversee refurbishment and planned maintenance in occupied social housing, ensuring safety, quality, programme delivery and resident satisfaction.

You will provide on-site leadership, coordinate subcontractors, manage costs and maintain strong communication with residents and the project team.
