Intensive Mental Health Nurse – Clinical Lead & Mentor

The RMN role in Lewes intensive support team within SOAMHs offers the opportunity to work with service users experiencing acute mental health illness. You will assess and develop care and recovery plans, ensuring person-centred care and collaboration with families and carers.

You will provide specialist nursing interventions, supervise staff and students, and contribute to safe discharge planning in partnership with the multidisciplinary team across East Sussex.
