Charge Nurse: Lead Clinical Care & Mentorship

Barchester Care Centre is seeking a Charge Nurse to provide clinical leadership and mentoring across nursing and care teams. You will develop care plans, assess patient needs and ensure high standards of dignity and safety for residents living with dementia and brain injuries.

You’ll require a current NMC registration, supervision qualification and strong experience in mental health nursing, with a proven track record of quality improvements and team development in a care setting.
