Senior Internal Communications Lead – Employee Engagement

The City of Edinburgh Council is recruiting a Senior Communications Officer on a fixed-term contract to 29 October 2027. Based at Waverley Court, you will work 24.6 hours a week with a salary of £47,639–£56,392 pro rata.

You will lead internal communications, translate complex change programmes into clear content, and partner with HR to support colleague wellbeing and engagement across more than 19,000 staff. The role champions our Behaviours of Respect, Integrity and Flexibility.
