Line Leader – Food Manufacturing, 6am-2pm, Weekly Pay

Pilgrim’s Europe in Corsham is seeking a motivated Line Leader to join our manufacturing production team. You will lead a production shift, uphold food safety and quality, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Shift pattern is 06:00–14:00, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and benefits including on-site parking and subsidised canteen.

You will mentor colleagues, monitor KPIs, manage labour and training, and ensure audit readiness and compliance with health and safety procedures.
